Sergio Leal, a professional dancer, entertainer, nightclub promoter and business entrepreneur established Latin Dance Pro with his ex-business partner Salud Leon in 2000 and became the first couple to teach and choreograph a unique style of elegant Salsa! For Sergio and Salud, dance was more than a hobby. It was a way of life.

"Dance has altered every aspect of our lives in the most positive ways." We share a passion for dance, and we have turned it into our business. Our goal is to share that passion with others and to demonstrate the transformative effects of dance - both physically and mentally."

The two longtime friends discovered their shared love for dance in college, and their natural talent was recognized early on.

Today, Sergio manages his own dance academy and entertainment company, Latin Dance Pro, in Pasadena, Glendale, Los Angeles, and teaches over 300 students per week. He focuses on Latin Dances such as the Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, Cha-Cha-Cha, Merengue and Argentine Tango.

Despite his many accomplishments, Sergio s humility and patience enables him to do what he loves most, and that is sharing his passion for dance with others. Sergio s dance background includes American Style Ballroom, Argentine Tango, New York Hustle, and Salsa.
