Our class night in Bovey Tracey is held on Wednesdays and we re now at the Edgemoor Hotel, which is situated just outside Bovey on the Hay Tor road. The venue has loads of parking, a fantastic dancefloor and a comfortable lounge bar - the perfect evening out!
1) 7.00 - 8.00 - A Beginners Guide to Salsa - you can start this class from scratch - no previous experience necessary! We split the class between people completely new to salsa and those with a little experience so that we can provide an easy intro to the basic footwork for absolute beginners and an introduction to the core salsa moves for those who ve got their head around the basic step. Class duration: 45 minutes plus 15 minutes practice time - cost: £5.00
2) 8.00-9.00 - Improver Plus Salsa -Tricky patterns and technique for the more experienced salsero... Improver to Intermediate level - sweetmoves and cool techniques! Class duration: 45 minutes plus 15 minutes practice time - cost: £5.00
3) 9.00-10.00 - A beginners guide to Argentine tango - discover this dance of great subtlety and passion - like salsa, it s a led dance with regular dance nights and an enthusiastic social scene - so for the perfect compliment to electric salsa come and experience rich depths of tango! You can join this class at any time - we can accommodate absolute beginners alongside more experienced dancers. Class duration: 45 minutes plus 15 minutes practice time - cost: £5.00

No partners required for any class - we just request a little patience on those fairly rare occasions when we have a bit of a gender imbalance!

A combined Beginners/Technique levelclass depending on experience levels we may split this class between our two teachers. Absolute beginners always welcome. This is a 45 minute class followed by 15 minutes guided practice time.
9:00-10:00 - Improver Plus Salsa - £5.00
More demanding salsa to raise your game! Exciting patterns designed to enhance your dancing. Lots of useful repetoire at Improver and Intermediate levels. This is a 45 minute class followed by 15 minutes (or more) practice time.
Please note, there s no bar so bring your own drinks!
